Career Confidence is one of the good tools to
have students because it has introduced innovative way to learn English and it
helps to motivate students to participate in every factor. It helps students as well as professionals
also because in this product they very creative way to teach to take new
way. They are going to use this module
through games, Street play, Skit and critical thinking. Based on marketing view they have prepared to make
sure English communication.

English basic Grammar, Communication,
Resumes, Business dealing techniques, Life skills, critically thinking, and
career possibilities.
Objective of product: - To make students to Learn, Read, Speak and Write English
Methodology
Based on Activity such as story, Street play,
skit, Games and inspiring videos
Duration of
Product
Totally it could be 72 hours and weekly 3days
and each class will be one and half hour
Why need to
adopt fellowships?
It can be help us to reach our Moto of the
all fellowships and based on fellows’ need it helps them to understand English easily
because this product included activity based learning then if it works good
through their experience trainers then we can get more fellows for every
fellowships and finally we would have good result of English communication
According to
my view:- It helps us to get improvement in all
fellowships because the most of the fellows needed thing is to communicate in
English and the product conveying way is also very easy to understand students
about English.
It helps us also to get refreshment in our
own teaching way to get some innovative way make them perfect about basic
English and effective communication.
Based on all view of product I feel, it can
work in fellowship to understand English grammar as well as student’s
expectation. Product gives good result especially for DSF and DAEP because we
dint have specified resource persons for the English teaching.
