DFP-LEAD Activity in Kusugal village

Workshop for SHG’s

      I.            My Project name is “Workshop for SHG’s”

III.            Location: - Kusugal village at Hubli taluk

IV.            Main objectives of the project:-

·         To train about Documentary

·         To discuss about way of taking meetings.

·         To discuss about SHG’s states.

·         To discuss about process of the SHG’s.

v Achieved:-

·         I got good experience to do this activity

·         I gave knowledge about all process of the SHG’s

·         I conducted this activity to get people opinion about myself to know how I am.

v Process:-

I wanted to conduct this activity in out of the Hubli that’s why daily I was searching new place finally; I decided to conduct my DFP-LEAD activity in Kusugal village. I have prepared myself, before going to that village. I prepared myself to do this activity very proper manner. I visited Grampanchayat‘s president to give information about my LEAD activity. I got permit from him. I visited 10 SHG’s groups to say what I am going to take activity.

I faced problem to gather to all people in one place only. I planned to each groups two member. They should be President and vice president. I said them to gather in one place only, they gathered in one place and I started my activity. They have known about all SHG’s process but they don’t know way of the taking all meetings. I started to give information about maintain the all documents. I gave more chance to them to participate all activities. I wanted to give information about way of the keep good unity and way of the getting loan. In that all SHG’s groups they don’t have 100% percentage literacy. Each group has a 2- to 3 person only know about writing and reading. I gave easy method to write sing and read. I gave information about way of the knowing all accounts and all documents. They don’t know about way of the communicate with others to develop the SHG’s groups. I gave some information about wherever you go just have great confidence to ask anything regarding SHG’s. They need to visit more office sector to use that money.

I gave information about way of the asking questions for politicians and all concern officers. I asked them to sing a some God’s song starting they did not do that. I started to sing a God’s song after they all are ready sing songs. In that village SKRDP NGO’s are doing work but they concentrate only some SHG’s groups only other groups they never know about these are rules and regulations. I tried my level best to give information about all those things.

After, completed DFP-LEAD activity. They asked me. When you will come? To give information. They gave good feedback.
